Availability and Prices

Prices shown include exclusive use of the venue, that’s the lakeside house, lake and Jacuzzi all set in private 9 acres of peaceful French countryside. You will have access to the property from 1pm onwards (to allow for our turnaround team to complete their work) on the first day and finish at 9.00am on the last day. Please note full house/room excess for groups of 5 persons and above.

IMPORTANT: For insurance purposes, only the people named when the booking is made will be allowed to occupy the accommodation.  No additional people can be accommodated unless agreed with us prior to your arrival.  Additional guests arriving on the venue to those already pre-booked will be charged for at the appropriate rate (please see Full House/Room Excess).  We do not accept events or parties (e.g. stag/hen parties).
